Under the Subtitles menu, you will see options for both Off and English CC/Closed Captioning (or other languages you may be watching in). Step 3: Now a small menu will pop up with two different sections, Subtitles and Audio. The one in the middle looks like a speech bubble: Select it. Here you’ll see several icons for controlling how the video appears.
